Returns & Exchanges:
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you experience an issue, please contact us at support@contrabranded.com

Refunds:
Refunds are available for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. To request a refund:

  1. Submit your claim within 30 days of receiving the product.
  2. Include photographic evidence of the issue along with your order number.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Lost or Misprinted Items:

  • Claims for misprinted or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
  • Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Return Address:
Returns should be sent to the default address at our fulfillment partner’s facility. If a different address is used, customers will be responsible for handling the return shipment.

Unclaimed Returns:
Unclaimed items will be donated to charity after 30 days.

Reshipments:
For orders returned due to an invalid address or carrier error, we will offer to reship the items under certain circumstance. Please contact us to review the situation.
